Delivery Charges

Free delivery on all orders, nationwide. No minimum order, no hidden charges.

Dispatch Time

Orders placed before 2 PM are dispatched the same day (working days). Orders placed after 2 PM, or on Sundays and public holidays, are dispatched the next working day.

For bank transfer orders, dispatch begins once your payment is verified. Please share your payment proof right after transfer so we can process your order without delay.

Delivery Time

Your order will reach you within 3–4 working days of dispatch, anywhere in Pakistan. Deliveries to remote areas may take a day or two longer.

We ship through trusted courier services to make sure your order arrives safely and on time.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we will share your tracking number via SMS, email, or WhatsApp so you can track your parcel until it reaches you.

Payment Options

• Cash on Delivery (COD) — pay in cash when your order arrives
• Direct Bank Transfer — get a 10% discount when you pay in advance

Receiving Your Parcel

• Please make sure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the parcel
• Check the parcel at the time of delivery; if the packaging looks damaged, note it with the rider and contact us right away
• If a delivery attempt fails, the courier will try again or contact you on your provided number

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your address and phone number when placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete details. If you need to update your address, contact us before dispatch.

Delays

Delivery may occasionally take longer during sales, public holidays, or due to weather or courier issues beyond our control. If your order is delayed, contact us and we will follow up with the courier on priority.
